* OnStrategy and the Reputation Institute promote an annual study that evaluates the reputation of brands.  About 40 thousand Portuguese citizens spontaneously indicated the companies and brands they know in each sector of activity. The dimensions assessed are, in emotional terms, admiration, trust, preference, and recommendation; in rational terms, products and services, innovation, work environment, citizenship, management, leadership, and performance.

The study is carried out simultaneously in more than 40 countries, reaching more than 250,000 citizens and 5,500 companies, covering for 4 months a qualitative phase followed by a quantitative phase. In this study, Fidelidade was considered the Insurance Company with the best reputation in Portugal.
